Altıntaş, who was taken to the Provincial Security Directorate on the grounds that there was a detention warrant against him, was charged with "making propaganda for a terror organization", citing the news he shared on his X (twitter) virtual media account and that of the MA he worked for. From the 24-page police statement, it was claimed that 19 posts made by Altıntaş were crimes. Altıntaş's sharing of his own news about the absolute isolation imposed on PKK Leader Abdullah Ocalan on November 11, 2022 was considered a crime.
