AMED - It is learned that uncle S.G., who was detained in Narin Güran investigation, is kept under custody as a suspect based on the evidence obtained.
There has been a new development in the investigation of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 in Çulî rural neighborhood of Rezan (Bağlar) district of Amed (Diyarbakır). It is learned that uncle and neighborhood headman S.G. was detained in the morning hours and was detained on “suspicious evidence”.
According to the news appeared in DW, it was determined that uncle S.G. left the village 15 minutes after Narin was last seen. In addition, the DNA found on the driver's seat of S.G.'s car was matched with DNA samples taken from Narin Güran's clothes and blanket. This development made the uncle suspicious.
Narin Güran's parents were referred to Diyarbakır Forensic Medicine Institution to take blood samples to determine their DNA profiles in order to make comparisons on the evidence obtained within the scope of the investigation.
