NEWS CENTER - KNK's conference on the 100th anniversary of the Treaty of Lausanne continues on its second day.
In the 100th anniversary of the Treaty of Lausanne, which divided Kurdistan into four parts, under the leadership of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK), a conference is held at the Beaulieu Congress Hall (Salle de Congrès de Beaulieu) in Lausanne, where the treaty was signed. The conference started on the second day with the opening speech of KNK Co-Chair Ahmed Karamus.
Then the first session of the conference started. The conference continues with a panel titled "The situation and struggles of women".
Later, "the situation of the Armenian and Assyrian peoples" will be discussed. In the afternoon session, a panel titled "100 years of resistance against the results of the Treaty of Lausanne" will be held. The conference will end with the "Decision and declaration" section.
