After the earthquakes centered in Maraş that occurred on February 6 and affected 11 cities, two separate earthquakes with a magnitude of 6.4 and 5.8 occurred today at 20.05, the epicenter of which is the Samandağ and Defne districts of Hatay. CRACKS AROUND THE RIVER
While tsunami warnings were issued after the earthquake, it was observed that cracks occurred around the Orontes River and puddles formed at many points. In addition, it was learned that many people were injured as a result of concrete pieces falling from damaged buildings in Defne during the earthquake.
