ADIYAMAN - Continuing his statements in front of AFAD tents in the earthquake area, Erdoğan threatened that sanctions would be imposed on the people who expropriated the markets as a result of the failure to receive aid after the earthquake.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who started his visit on the 3rd day of the Maraş-Pazarcılık-centered earthquake, continued in Adıyaman. Making a statement in the tent city established in Adıyaman, Erdoğan made threats to the people who expropriated the markets after the earthquake did not arrive for a long time and said: “Some ignorant people are robbing the markets and attacking the workplaces. Those who commit these abuses under the state of emergency will be subject to the necessary sanctions as soon as they are caught."

Erdoğan announced that the death toll in the earthquake increased to 18,991. Erdogan, who promised to pay 10 thousand liras to earthquake victims before, demanded that money be transferred to AFAD, which could not remove the rubble for a long time, via IBAN.

It was noteworthy that children were held waiting in front of the podium where Erdoğan spoke.
