URFA -Speaking at the sit-in, Ferit Şenyaşar said that those who massacred his family killed 2 more people due to the lack of a fair trial.
The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 613. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Pirsûs (Suruç) province of Riha, on June 14, 2018.
Ferit Şenyaşar and his mother Emine Şenyaşar, who came from Suruç district in front of the courthouse, continued their sit-in in front of a banner with the words "Justice".
'THE MASSACRE WILL CONTINUE'
Speaking at the sit-in, Ferit Şenyaşar said: "Justice is the common demand of everyone who wants to live humanely. Since a fair trial was not held, those who murdered us yesterday in Suruç killed 2 people from different families. As long as this persecution continues, new massacres will occur."
Addressing the authorities, Şenyaşar said: "There is a clear unlawfulness and injustice. The perpetrators of the massacre are clear. It is clear who is protecting the massacre. We want the perpetrators to be prosecuted."
