HDP Youth Council members Nurullah Pekbay, Şiyar Akti, Ferhat Azan and Şerif Sarıbulak, who were detained in a raid on their home in Van, were referred to the prosecutor's office after the deposition proceedings started in the morning. Following the prosecution's statement, 4 young people were released on condition of judicial control.

 

MERSİN

 

In the raid carried out yesterday morning in Tarsus and Silifke districts of Mersin, S.A., A.S., M.ö., M.R., A.M., S.A., İ.A., Y.D., N.A. and M.A. persons were detained. 8 people brought to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station were transferred to Mersin Criminal Judgeship of Peace with the request of the prosecutor's office to be released on condition of judicial control.

 

8 people were released after their statements in court.

 

ADANA

 

10 people who were detained in the house raids on August 13 in Adana were brought to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station. While 7 people were released after their statements at the prosecutor's office, Serhat Yağmur, Abdulkadir Demir and Demhat Sağlam were referred to the court for arrest on charges of "being a member of a terrorist organisation", "committing a crime on behalf of a terrorist organisation" and "possessing and using explosives".
