DİYARBAKIR - 17 women, including DTK Co-chair Leyla Guven, were transferred to other prisons from Elazig Women's Closed Prison.
17 women politicians including Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chair Leyla Güven and Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) were transferred to other prisons due to the closure of Elazığ Women's Closed Prison. Leyla Güven, Hülya Alökmen Uyanık, Remziye Yaşar, Emine Erkan, Dilan Aydın and Necmiye Boz were transferred to the Elazig Type T Prison, located on the same campus.
Dicle Bozan, Beritan Key, Songül Erden Şahin, female detainees Zehra and Semra, whose last names could not be learned, were transferred to Kayseri Bünyan Women's Closed Prison; Zilan Demir, Mizgin Ötatiz, Mihriban Şoğurli to Tarsus Women's Closed Prison; Fethiye Ok, Nuray Çelik and Sevil Akkaya were transferred to Diyarbakır Women's Closed Prison.
