Governor's statement for child killed by soldiers: They were firing their gun into the air

HAKKARİ - Hakkari Governorate made a statement regarding the killing of 16 year old Özcan Erbaş in the Derecik district and said that the soldiers were firing their guns into the air.

 
16 year old Özcan Erbaş lost his life as a result of the fire opened by the soldiers in the village of Anadağ (Béruh) where the three people went, to have a picnic and collect acorns. Making a statement on the issue, the governorate said the children whom the governor's office referred as 'smugglers' were injured and one was killed while the soldiers were firing their gun into the air.
