ANKARA - HDP demanded a commission of investigation must be established in the parliament to investigate the allegations Ahmet Davutoğlu when he said: "If you open the books about counter terrorism, many people will not be able to show their faces in public."

People's Democratic Party (HDP) Group Vice President Fatma Kurtulan tabled a motion about the statement of former Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu regarding the period between June 7 and November 1.

The reasoning for the motion was stated that many people had lost their lives in June 5 Diyarbakır Massacre, Suruç Massacre, the killing of two police officers in Ceylan Pınar, the end of the solution process and October 10 Ankara Massacre.

The following statement was included in the motion : "The motion to investigate these massacres and attacks has been rejected time and time again, the judicial process has not been effectively conducted, and who has caused the incidents has not been revealed. It is of great importance to enlighten these attacks and massacres that have deeply wounded the public conscience, to bring those responsible to the judiciary, to reveal all the clarity of the process leading to the termination of the Resolution Process, and to establish a Parliamentary Investigation Commission to investigate the statements of the former prime minister, Ahmet Davutoğlu.
