The 4 young people who returned to Afrin under the January 29 agreement had been detained. Afrin had been under the control of Turkey and affiliated paramilitary groups for 8 years. 

 

İbrahim Şêxo, the head of the Afrin Human Rights Organization, announced that the 4 young people in the 3rd convoy returning to Afrin were released.
