Osman Kavala arrested again

	İSTANBUL- Osman Kavala, who was taken into custody after the acquittal decision for Gezi Trial, was arrested again with the charge of "attempting to disrupt the constitutional order" in the Criminal Magistrate.

	Osman Kavala, the business person whose acquittal and release was decided in the case regarding the Gezi trial was decided to arrested one more tiem on the grounds of "attempting to disrupt the constitutional order" within the scope of the July 15 coup attempt investigation opened by Attorney General Prosecutor's Office. Kavala was taken into custody and brought to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan in the evening hours.

	 

	Following his statement, Kavala was referred to the Criminal Court of Peace with a request of arrest by the prosecutor's office. Kavala was arrested again on charges of "attempting to disrupt the constitutional order".
