The bill of the senators are as follows:    * Imposing sanctions on the assets of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Vice President Fuat Oktay, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, Minister of Commerce Ruhsar Pekcan and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez,   * Applying sanctions to foreigners who sell or provide materials and technological support to the Turkish army or who knowingly deal with materials such as aircraft, aircraft parts, weapons, etc.,   * To impose sanctions on foreign persons who provide or support goods, services, technology or information for the continuation of oil and natural gas production developed within the country for the use of the Turkish Armed Forces,   * Prohibition of the sale and delivery of defense materials, services and technology, and ammunition to the Turkish Armed Forces,   *Due to Turkey's purchase of S-400 missile defense systems from Russia, implementation of sanctions due to Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA),   * To introduce visa restrictions to Turkish leaders traveling to the US,   * Preparing a report on Erdoğan's net assets.
