Eroğlu, imprisoned for Nusaybin case is about to lose his mental health 2019-09-14 11:53:48 MARDİN - Nusaybin case arrestee Ramazan Eroğlu, is not being release despite he is about to lose his mental health completely. The release conditions of Eroğlu who was referred to the hospital almost 2 months too late depends on the medical report he is to recieve.  Ramazan Eroğlu one of the people arrested after the evacuation of the city on May 26, 2016 in Mardin's Nusaybin District, faces losing his mental health completely. Eroğlu was referred to İstanbul Bakırköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital from Trabzon Type E Closed Prison after the took a turn for the worse on September 4.   According to the other prisoners in the prison, Eroğlu suffers from memory loss beside his mental issues. According to the information obtained, Eroğlu who is visited once in a week by a member of his family, have come to the point of hurting himself as well as agitated and aggressive behavior.     Eroğlu's attorneys stated that they had attempts to transfer their clients to the hospital a month and a half ago but they did not get a result. The lawyers stated that Eroglu was referred to the hospital after he had started to harm himself, stressed that there is serious negligence. Eroğlu's attorneys stated that his release depends on the medical report to be prepared after his treatment.   The next hearing of the case against Eroglu will be held in Mardin on 20 September.
