Supreme Court justified the limitation order about massacre investigation 2018-12-07 14:50:39   ANKARA- The application of Korkmaz Tedik, who lost his life in the Ankara Trains Station  Massacre made by his family for the  violation of the right to life along with the restriction decision brought to the investigation of the massacre was found by the Constitutional Court to be devoid of any basis.   The verdict was passed for the application done by the family of Korkmaz Tedik who lost his life in October 10 Ankara Train Station Massacre. Tedik family have applied to the Supreme Court for the limitation order brought to the case on November 10,2015. In its decision, the Constitutional Court found information on what happened in the October 10th Massacre, the court's decision to restrict it, and the fact that the investigation into public officials had seperated from the main file.   Supreme Court who decided that the claims about the violation of right to live was unfounded, rejected the application unanimously.
