Inspector appointed to investigate if 3 crescent tattoo on perpetrator's hand was exposed deliberately 2021-03-08 11:12:10 NEWS CENTER - The Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that two chief inspectors were appointed to "investigate whether there was any negligence or intention in showing the three crescent tattoo on the hand of the perpetrator who killed 92 year old women in Aydın.   92-year-old Hanım Pınarlı, who lives in Aydın's Sultanhisar district, was murdered after being raped by her neighbor, Aytu Çetin. Three crescent tattoos in a photograph of the captured perpetrator while being taken to the courthouse were widely discussed on social media.   BAHÇELİ: IT MUST BE INVESTIGATED TO SEE IF IT WAS A SET UP   Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chair Devlet Bahçeli, the coalition partner of the ruling AKP, said on Twitter: "The 3 crescent tattoo on the hand of the monster who raped and killed 92 year old lady attracted attention. It is vital to investigate if this was a set up."   MINISTRY APPOINTED 2 INSPECTORS    Taking action following the statement of Bahçeli, the Ministry of Interior appointed two inspectors to investigate if the tattoo was exposed intentionally.
