	İSTANBUL - A lawsuit was filed against Ferhat Çelik, the Managing Editor of our Agency, on grounds of the news article, titled "Insects are put into the food of prisoners in Bayburt".

	&nbsp;

	A law suit was filed against Mesopotamia Agency (MA) Managing Editor Ferhat Çelik on grounds of the news article about prisoners in Bayburt Prison fed with bug infested food. The indictment prepared upon the complaint of Bayburt M Type Closed Penal Institution was accepted by the Bayburt Criminal Court of First Instance.

	&nbsp;

	The first hearing of the case will be held on February 2.
