
8 people arrested in DTK investigation

	DİYARBAKIR - 8 of the people out of 16 people who were referred to court regarding the DTK investigation were arrested.

	&nbsp;

	43 people were detained in house raids on June 26, as part of an investigation launched by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in line with the information and documents obtained in the raid on the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) on 9 October 2018. 16 people were referred to court following their questioning in the Diyarbakır Security Directorate.

	8 ARRESTED

	&nbsp;

	Fatma Bülbül, Berdan Acun, Adem Firik, Velat Esin, Aytaç Duymuş, Ömer Baran, Zekiye Yılmaz and Aynur Aktar were released with judicial control measures, while &nbsp;Ayten Tekeş, Arin Zümrüt, Rojda Barış, Nesrin Şanlı, Piran Başkurt, Hüseyin Kaya, Mehmet Şengül and Ümran Baturay were arrested on charge of 'being a member of an illegal organization."
