Aşitî: Attacks of Turkey target the unity of the Kurds 2020-06-28 17:12:05 DİYARBAKIR - Stating that the ongoing attacks of Turkey on the Federal Kurdistan Region target the unity of the Kurds, Azadi Party Chair Ayetullah Aşitî underlined that the national unity of the Kurds should be ensured. Azadi Party (Freedom Party) Chair Ayetullah Aşitî shared his evaluations on the attacks of Turkey on the Federal Kurdistan Region. Expressing that the Turkish state has responded to the unity of the Kurds by tyrannous attacks Aşitî said, "Kurds are the target of the attacks."   'THE PROBLEM IS THE KURDS'   Stating that the power in Turkey was built on Kurdish hostility and the Turkish government has been trying to prevent Kurds from achieving any positive outcome in their struggle Aşitî said, "The Turkish state declares, 'Even if the Kurds are sent to the moon, we do not accept their existence'. The Kurds should understand this fact. The problem is neither the The Syrian Kurdish National Council (ENKS) nor The Democratic Union Party (PYD). The problem is between the Kurds and the Turkish state. They never accept the existence and neighborhood of the Kurds."   'KURDS SHALL UNITE FOR LIBERATION'   Underlining that the liberation of the Kurdish people can only be possible by acting in unity and forming alliances, Aşitî noted, "Unity must be for all. Kurds cannot succeed without mutual understanding and unity. We should also see our own shortcomings. We Kurds don't tolerate each other. There is unity discourse, but the discourse is not applied in practice. All Kurds should unite. 'Whatever you do, we Kurds will never fight with each other,' we must say to the Turks."   As a final remark Aşitî called all the national and international public to condemn the ongoing attacks of Turkey on Federal Kurdistan Region.
